It seems like it would be better to hire a specialist for this that does workouts all day long and knows the best ways to negotiate things.  

It's more important for this project to succeed than I can tell you.I know any investor is going to want to see detailed business plans and drawings for the project's design, but I certainly can't afford to hire an architect to draw up a layout.In short, I am in the same position as a man who needs badly to relieve himself and has no pot to catch the stream.

I think that would go a long way with any inspection firm looking to hire.

I'm willing to pay a fair price for the service.It would be nice if this also included a firm bid for any major repairs, with no guarantee that I'll hire.

Not every investor has the ability to buy a home in a distressed condition, hire and manage qualified contractors and then manage and deal with tenants themselves.

I always hire contractors to do all the job in my properties.

After purchasing my own duplex recently, I've decided to hire a Property Manager due to the lack of knowledge in dealing with my tenants.

But then I wonder why I need to pull permits and hire a licensed and insured ____ to do the work.
