@Jacob Smith thanks for the offer I will in fact be at Pewaukee lake Thursday thru Sunday and going to the state fair.. it been 30 years since I have driven up your way.I bought a Cirrus in Duluth in 04  and spent a week flying around N Wi in transition trainging and landing at a bunch of the airports there went into Oshkosh flew over packer stadium etc.fond memories.one idea you may have to scale is take these clients and bring them on as equity partners.. you do source manage do rehab work etc in exchange for equity and they go on the loan with you.I built a pretty big portfolio with this model.. got up to 350 doors then sold out in 2013. but if you have good cash flow there and your totally under the radar..

I have tried the interface and it's functional; simplistic (read: easy to use), not a lot of bells nor whistles which is good if you're trying to bring up the grading curve in certain areas where cash/money orders/ mail payments are still the primary methods.

In fact, when I'm laying out a floor plan I have a little Altoids Tin full of various-sized rectangles cut from a sheet of cardboard (to an architectural scale) that I can easily rearrange and explore different layouts and spatial relationships.
