Just a tip when wanting to tag someone type in the "@" button followed by the letters in their name that way they are notified when you reply because if not they will never know!

For tracking each campaign I use excel however any call backs, appointments, warm/hot leads, contracts and deals all get entered into my CRM so I can notate and follow up appropriately.
