We do this a lot with our flips. 

They are quick and responsive in terms of providing a quote, doing paperwork, and then answering questions, but I haven't actually had an issue yet.

The issue is in the short term it takes sacrifice to yield long term gain.  

These systems issue a laundry card to the tenant which they touch to the machine to buy a cycle.

The part that my family and I live in has a crawl space under it but as far as I can tell no issues there.

The issue is all Lenders are going to be looking at your credit score.

Or do most investors getting into new construction start with some type of fix-and-flip background? 

something to note i plan on doing private loans and house flipping down the road also.
