Hello all, I need a CPA recomendation for someone (or a firm) in NY or NJ (northern).

I always hear negative things about them putting on band aide and not replacing parts.

I get the opportunity to see the difference in returns between owners who want to use up a property with band-aid fixes then sell it when it's done all it can and those who care about their investments and make money over the long-term.

My wife works full-time, while I have part-time work (not significant income; primarily financial aid), we will have no debt aside from student debt.

Are you saying they market deals that belong to another legitimate firm or they market the deal for the legitimate firm?
