Need advice on broker situation

Hey guys been a wholesaler for abt 3 years and worked at a realty firm for the same time in the course for my re license in ny. Theirs been alot of issues at my firm as of late not alot of effort is being out in at all . Want to find the right place to go to further my career and step my game up as well . So any advice on choosing a broker  as your sponsor or agency for success?
