This is one f the things I've always wondered about for people doing "subject-to" financing.  

Room was kind of L shaped.  9'f at the widest point, but about 6.5 for maybe 1/4 of the 10ft length.

Any time you aren't informing a lender of a material change in circumstance of a major loan covenant, your teetering on committing the other "f" word.

They may be calling to tell you off, tell you to f* off, or to just take them off the list.
