I have a robust employment background which has prepared me for the career I believe, positions like, Sales Representative, Bookkeeper, Accountant, Financial Analyst, Research Analyst, Vice-President of Political Action and Chief Negotiator for my union.

I want to employ the BRRRR strategy on Duplexes, Triplexes or Quads to start as opposed to SFRs (but I may start with SFRs) and want to initially limit the use of my own cash to about $50K/deal.

As you said yourself, there're plenty of other contributing factors when evaluating MFH (things like infrastructure, job growth, major employers, etc...)

In the meantime, if your employer offers a match, I would contribute the minimum necessary to receive that; take all of the free money you can!

They invest in 401k to receive the max employer contribution, but that is only one leg of their retirement stool.
