So I dug deeper and came across BiggerPockets which has turned out to best encouragement to get started on my dream.

Real Estate has been a dream of mine for quite some time now.

Hi Real Estate Investors, I am a new member of BiggerPockets because I also have a passion to strengthen my pockets just like everyone else who have paved their ways to the riches in this site, so I could also make my dreams possibly alive.

What I would do in your position (assuming you are rock solid on your RE dreams and collegiate pursuit - it's a long term game, be positive):1.

The time has come for me to take my part time dream to a full time reality of being a successful investor so here I am! 

The disadvantages I hear people say, in my opinion don’t hold that much weight.

He does listen to me and puts a lot of weight in what I say.- My dad now feels he has to help the woman get a 1-year student Visa, which might be the only way for her to stay here legally.
