I was going to obtain my Salesperson Real Estate license , i know there are pros and cons having it while your investing so what would those be ? I mainly wanna get it for MLS access and be able to send out offer daily without waiting on anybody? I also heard when you wholesale or anything as a real estate Agent it could back fire ? Meaning they can say that you got them at your weakest point and so on.

@Ray Agosto make a new friend who is a real estate agent :) Of course a professional will not hand over the password and username, but if you bring them some sort of value they may be happy to provide info when they can fit it into their schedule. The relationship must be mutually beneficial.

The best place to meet agents is at your local REI meetings :) do not just call random agents haha

Hope that helps
