Hi everybody!

My name is Patric Moore. I'm 22 years old and I currently live in Augusta, Georgia. I'm originally from Pennsylvania, but joined the Air Force directly after high school and have lived in multiple parts of the country. A little over a year ago, I started thinking more about obtaining financial freedom and how possible it'd be to achieve so I started reading more and more about building wealth through books and searching the internet. More often than not I'd come across people talking about real estate and how it's an amazing wealth builder. So I dug deeper and came across BiggerPockets which has turned out to best encouragement to get started on my dream. I've been taking in as much information as I can from the site and the podcast and now I currently have a single family rental unit and a private residence. Both financed with a VA loan. At this moment my current goal is to replace my income through real estate within the next two years because that's how long I have left on my contract and I haven't been planning on reenlisting. Sooner than later I'd like to go into commercial real estate through apartment complexes. I'm very excited about what I've done already! It may not be much, but we've all had to start somewhere! I'm greatly looking forward to connecting with you all and being a part of this community!
