It improves our market to educate and assist where we can.

Of course you can hire an answering service, but they aren’t going to be able to assist the guest in any meaningful way.  

I am a newbie like newborn newbie, I have no experience in real estate( I worked as a real estate assistant for a short while but I was going to school for real estate and the hours just didnt work out) I have horrible credit.

Do attorney usually assist in the transaction or are title company Used.  

I am starting out in real estate and wanted to read some books around real estate finance, validating deals, calculating returns on investments etc.Are there any books or digital material that are a good starting point to learn about the financial aspects of real estate investing?

They put in the capital and assist with accounting and so forth.

That was before I lost far over the low end of 7 digits on my other diversified investments. 

As many are already living paycheck to paycheck, we're preparing for at least some current tenants not paying rent, as even if they receive assistance, they may not actually pay their rent with it, especially if governments say they can't be evicted.
