Turn Key Company - Anyone Know About This One?
Hello fellow BPers!
I have bought turn key properties before and I have been lucky enough to have a pleasant experience. I have come across a new (to me) turnkey company called:
Cash Flow Real Estate Investments
http://www.cashflowrealestateinvestments.com/
I have been trying to do research on them but given their name it has been a bit difficult. Wanted to see if anyone here is familiar with the company or have used them before. I am looking to purchase properties in the Kansas City area.
Thank you!
Kyle

This is just my .02 after checking them out. I don't know of them, but from the looks of the website you shared, I would say they are fairly inexperienced in a few areas that are vital for you as a passive investor. The website is really geared toward buying properties and looks like the boxed site that traveling seminars sell. I doubt their experience in management and based on the poor website, I would doubt they are well capitalized to do what they claim to do.
I don't know if you noticed the multiple misspellings on the site (which I confess I misspell on here all the time when I am typing fast), but a website is so important that usually there are multiple people making sure it looks perfect. They have pages still under construction and in their about us page they describe themselves as very experienced and in business since 1997, yet not once do they tell you who they are or show you a picture. It's kind of a "trust us" play and those usually are false.
As an investor I would take the approach of how you do anything is how you do everything. Small things you can look past, but such shoddy representation online would lead me to look elsewhere. Without knowing anything else about them, I think there are better options for passive investors than this. For KC, I would suggest connecting with @William Robison. I know he has managed property in Kansas City for a long time and is experienced working with passive investors. Best ~
