Hello,Here is my situation that I've been having very difficult time finding a CPA who can help.My wife and I have 2 houses, the one we moved from was my personal child hood home valued at $320k and has 0 mortgage.

I’m aware it’s difficult selling the property with it in however I wouldn’t plan on selling it anytime soon and can do it later. 

@Jesse Nelson, Being in a very strong seller's market myself with limited inventory & high competition, this is pretty difficult to fathom. 

It is just so difficult to evaluate information if you don't trust what you hear.

Right now, the market is rippin hot so its difficult to find discounted property. 

I know that at certain price points in the city its a bit more difficult to make it work as I have ran the numbers a gazillion different ways for property in barton springs area.

Sometimes it's difficult to think logically about my first purchase vs. longer term (2-3 properties) because of the emotion/sentiment of also wanting to call my first property home part of the time. 

So, difficult though it may be, don't quit your day job just yet!
