I would like to chat with you more directly about house hacking as I approach my first deal!

I started beginning of February here and now have 6 deals closed with buyers for a net of 73k profit coming in, but these deals are taking FOREVER to close.

To us, we like the benefit of having tenants there so we can have rents to help qualify for the loan for buying the place, and if we occasionally have to deal with a crummy one, that's just part of the business.

She lives outside of Charleston SC and wants something more local so that is why I started looking there and realized that there are many apartment buildings for sale in those states that look to be decent deals... at least much better deals than in NE. 

However, neither ourselves or the seller have experience in this kind of deal, so understand we will probably want to loop in legal advice as/if we proceed.

I’ve read and explored a lot and was open to the idea of investor partners or people who go in on the deal providing capital and you handle the rest. 

Just wanted to know if anyone have used a title company that know how to close wholesale deal or assignment transaction?
