A Home Inspector is going to check all of the systems of the house to make sure they are functioning correctly and should include travelling on the roof, inspecting the attic, and crawling through the crawl space.  

The first one we bought was a condo near old town orange which is a very trendy spot with tons of restaurants, bars etc.
