Since Dwolla is transitioning to an api and not a service, I'm looking at using cozy instead. 

As to the cold on the porch you can help with that by air sealing the interior of the porch.  

Hi AllWe are looking for an electrician in the Hudson County area to run trace heaters and insulate an exposed sprinkler pipe in an open air garage in Union City.

Ideally what I'd want to manage would be a single family house NE part of town (Bel Aire, College Hill area and on North) and min $1k a month in rent for the single family, $800+ for each duplex unit.  

Market is $550 for 1 bed and $650 for 2 bed (some say $675 but we are airing on the lower side to start).

I could explain how trajectory is affected by the moonlight, forward airspeed, or air density of a bullet...however....I feel "naked" when it comes to making my first investment.
