I would prorate the rent that they pay you to cover those days. 

I can't tell you how much, nor can anyone else because that is something you have to figure out based on your own situation.I will recommend though spending as little money as you possibly can though to start, as long as the properties cover their expenses and cash flow the minimum amount you need.

The site happens to be for Boise but it covers all of Ada County so it will work for Meridian, Eagle, Star and Garden City as well.

As what can you be sued for that insurance would not cover?

(About people with City fheps) yes it’s most people who are in shelters get city fheps, and I say most because I’ve heard of people who were not In a shelter and they were able to get the voucher staying in a relative or etc home.
