Starting Out Financial recommendations

Hello investing community. Seeking advice for my current situation.

My fiancé and I are 22 and 26 years old and have been able to save $170,000 in the last few years of working while living with our parents. We are able to consistently save $6,000 a month with 0$ in debt.
What is the best recommendation for splitting this money up into real estate investments, and what price range properties should we be targeting to get started?
I’ve spent the last 6 months listening to audio books and surrounding myself in good YouTube and Instagram content to build a good foundation of knowledge.

I’d like to confirm our current situation is safe to begin investing and what price level we need to be looking at in our first few deals.

All expertise and support is appreciated.

Zach
