If they start to pull up in the corners though, remove them because they will look ghetto as all get out.  

If they have to dig up and replace concrete it will be higher.This property is on a corner lot and, of course, the pipe goes out the side of the house and then all the way to the front of the property instead of to the side street which is much closer.

I'm seeing the demographic push back into the "city center" pretty strongly, at least from my little corner.
