Development Opportunity - Philadelphia - Roxborough/Manayunk

Hi,

I currently own a property in Roxborough, Philadelphia. It is a triplex that was rehabbed in '13 and has great cash flow. More importantly, it is a corner lot property on a well traveled road. It sits next to a very nice bank and I believe my lot makes for a very nice development opportunity. However, i am not sure how to market the property.
