I think it's just people attracted to that neighborhood are more in transition, move for career (first one), have another child (second one).

I don't have any idea what a 7000 square foot building goes for in your area.

John here, new guy from Vegas, hoping to get my foot in the real estate door sooner rather than later.

I had the copper water pipes stolen from my basement and it only cost $2,300 to have the flex pipes put in a 1800 square foot home.

So, I continue getting my child ready for the days end.

I also just started to dip my foot into wholesaling as well.  

i'm bangin my head on the wall now for letting their security deposit get used for the month before last but it was the holidays, i was distracted by my own relocation in the works, plus thought they were  already one foot out the door just needed the final push but now both/all feet back in =L

@Jason Hawkins, It is very hard to keep a foot in both camps until you've got economy of scale and a war chest.  

My family and I want to eventually start a contracting business for real estate management, and we think this could be a good foot in the door close to home.
