    Funny stuff.

In the real world, it's not so funny. Landlords get to this point of frustration because they don't know how to screen applicants and weed out the bad ones. And when bad ones get through, they don't know how to handle the problems created.

People constantly tell me they will never get into rentals and they don't understand how I maintain my sanity. The truth is, we have very few problems and we have processes in place to handle those problems. I bet I have less stress than most 9-5 jobs. It's all about education and doing the prep work.
