Trends that have been occurring for 10+ years. 

Landlords and property managers, I haven't had a vacancy for a while and noticed a new trend with today's applicants: they click on "I'm interested in your property", but after I respond to schedule a viewing time, I hear from very few of them and most of those don't qualify.

Is it the norm for tenants to continue this trend in Gilbert or should landlord install washing machine & dryer?

This looks to be directly correlated with the inventory increase due to the evidence of high buyer competition remaining, evident in the difference between Sale Price and List Price increasing to almost 2% on average.Past trends would indicate that the market inventory will continue to increase over the next few months.
