Issues with today's applicants

Landlords and property managers, I haven't had a vacancy for a while and noticed a new trend with today's applicants: they click on "I'm interested in your property", but after I respond to schedule a viewing time, I hear from very few of them and most of those don't qualify.

Does anybody have similar issues and if yes, how do you deal with them.

Thank you
