Best stats, data and insights you have seen for real estate

What are some of the most intriguing stats, data and insights you've seen regarding real estate in the past month or so?

I'll start with three

1) Monthly mortgage payments are up 36% YOY which has lead to May 2022 seeing all-time high rent increases in May of 19.5% YOY. Will this trend continue as the monthy cost of renting vs owning widens? (yes I know rents go up every year whereas you can fix your monthly mortgage payment, so I'm talking at time of moving in).

2) 9 out of 10 homes with mortgages are rates at 5% or less and 40% of all homeowners do not have a mortgage!

3) The average credit score of a borrower is 776 and the mortgage delinquency rate is at an all-time low.

I have compiled 50 charts going over what I've found to be the most intriguing real estate data I've seen published. I'm always looking to add more though and gain more data, stats and insights on what you are seeing. Fire away
