For 2024: most people who own one business, have some small rentals, stocks, and a w2 or 1099 here and there, I would say anywhere from 700-2900 bucks.

I have looked at them, but am having a hard time interpreting them.. they say that any individual who engages in lending that is secured my real property in a business sense (does so more more often than one isolated incident) would be considered someone who requires a mortgage banker license.

I have the time to help you grow your business if you have the time to help me learn the ropes and get my foot in the door. 

Over this time, I have developed and operated a successful farm business, including a cow-calf operation and a farrow-to-finish hog operation.

Since this last post, I started two businesses and have been somewhat successful with both.

@Carlos PtriawanI did recently see a video with US significantly lacking from other major countries as our office vacancy rates are significantly higher than others, and we are one of the only countries who is not permanently back to the office .Which, of course this not only impacts office, but a significant impact on small businesses, especially retail such as restaurants who support these offices.

You have to find ways to generate more value to your mortgage company than you cost, meaning you need to be able to self-generate business.

Other than setting up a domestic and foreign LLC due to properties being in different states, transferring the deeds, and opening business bank accounts (and funding), what else needs to be done?
