Conventional rates for investment properties are the same rates as DSCR. until recently ....... up to 2022 all my rental mortgage is still 2percent something, a no brainer.I agree DSCR looks interesting right now, but because the purpose of my investment is to make money, I would rather put 25k into your HML fund rather than putting 50k as downpayment for 4% cap rate MF with rate of 7%.
