@Chris Howell if you have the name of the lender, the phone number and address , you should be able to find something about it online .... maybe reviews, Former customers , court, complaints ... someone have to know about this lender.

Then, there's the matter of having the buyers, inspector and agent come through for inspection...again something to be discussed with tenant.It doesn't sound like these are problem tenants that plan to become squatters, so I would just review the lease agreement.

They will not work with you on this, they will simply try to offer a different cabin in their program to the affected guests.The one thing we learned after the fact - is if you follow VRBO's process on this - which you will have to talk to them - you can have all of their reviews moved to your listing.
