Hey, Bp community I'm a local Re investor in NC and I am currently in real estate school, however I also have a wholesale Re inv. business in its beginning stages.

I have also lived in the US on two separate occasions before, one time where i was a cross country tour guide which took me to 39 states, so i know US history and geography better than most normal americans do as it was my job, and another time when i completed my Masters Degree in Real Estate investment at the University of North Carolina.

I am a Realtor in NJ and I invest here as well but I also invest in NC.

I'm a new investor looking to invest in the Fayetteville, NC area.

I've been a licensed agent for over a decade and am licensed in SC & NC.

I know there will be some people chime in and disagree and that's OK but I have lived in three different "southern" states (Virginia, Florida, Tennessee) and spent most of my career working in a 4th (North Carolina) and workers and professionalism here sucks compared to virtually anywhere in the north or midwest.
