I'm currently finishing school and doing some wholesaling in the charlotte, North Carolina area. I've always wanted to have my own rental property an was told one great way of doing that is to buy a duplex where I stay an one and rent the other. Because of that I wanted to know what are the requirements to qualify for a FHA loan? And specifically what are the income requirements?
