I haven't run the math but I bet that would work.The downsides are the lack of parking and the fact that the other tenants and condo assoc. might object.

If you are lucky enough to stop the bleeding, there might be other claims and/or repair expenses waiting for your checkbook.Your best bet might be to try to get it at the auction, if you really like this property.
