I know often times people on this forum say they are unnecessary and don't always protect against liability and just get a good umbrella policy.

What most people do not understand is many of the products made overseas when tested (not saying LL did this) they use a different product than what they produce.

What’s also true is that you can deduct expenses and even depreciation on this same % and subtract the first $1000 before calculating the UBIT.  

I think this is proven that even in ponzi criminal case, if asset has good valuation and the law is being done properly, we will get our money back as investor.
