new investor in indy

Guy Lavi
Posted

Hi Everyone,

My name is Guy Lavi, and I am new to real estate investing. I’ve done my research and decided to invest in Indianapolis.

My plan is to start out by purchasing Single Family Homes (SFHs) in *C* class (and above) areas with a budget of $100K-$200K all in, with the goal of buying, rehabbing, renting, and repeating (BRRRR strategy) for long-term holds.

Can anyone provide some tips for me?

- Any special or unusual real estate rules I should be aware of in *Indianapolis*?

- What are the best neighborhoods for buy & hold in this price range?

- What are the worst areas I should stay away from?

I would love to connect with agents and wholesalers that work with investors.

Thank you for your help,

Guy Lavi
