Turnkey" oftentimes (not always) = a significant mark up 😂...you are being more than reasonable to inquire about similar in units.

They sometimes have cabinets that have the tag still on the back that are marked down 60%.

Some do put big mark ups on their properties though so make sure you're working with a turn key company that doesn't do that.
