I am looking to network others like me in the area and build a cash buyers list to start my journey with wholesaling to build some capital for my first rental property.

My full time job was a union journey level master carpenter!

Is there some magic website that I don't know about that legally binds them to only selling to me if I buy these things for $1.50 to $100 a pop?
