New investor-First deal under contract today. Help!
I’m Anthony from Mooresville, NC.
I just got into real estate investing and had my first offer accepted today. Looking to use the Brrrr strategy on a foreclosure I found on the mls. We had our prequalified letter together and our agent submitted our offer so well and organized that we were the 6th offer and not the highest but got the acceptance.
The property is 15min from our house in Salisbury, NC.
If anyone is in my neck of the woods and can recommend a great contractor I’m all ears.
