Thou VA loan to flip in 210 days, using personal money to rehab?

Perry Denman

I am a veteran with low credit score, we, meaning my wife and I are building my credit back up! It is moving faster than expected! That is the good part!

Is it a good plan to use the VA loan to flip homes?

We could also BRRRR them under the Flirrr rule(if that is the correct refinance term) in 210 days.

Here the second part of the question!

After 22 years of service I am a retired disabled Veteran. I spent many years as what is called dual status soldier in the military reserves. My full time job was a union journey level master carpenter! So I have the skill set to rehab! Manager contractors is the easy part! The only ones required would be electrical and plumbing when a major repair is needed!

Lastly we are in the Seattle area living in an apartment paying 2000 a month in rent!

It is time to move on and invest!

Please share your knowledge!
