At this point I was only concern with breaking even as I focus more on the experience I was going to get from this especially  this not being your typical first flip where you literally rebuilt a home.

Just looking for creative input....our guests that were supposed to arrive on Friday sent a literally last-minute message saying that she had gotten sick and couldn't make it.

I remember a 5 week period where literally no work was completed.

I am in the Orlando area and have a contractor that has literally taken every short cut there is and not only is much of the work not completed but some of it will need to get ripped out and redone.

Not allowing pets is literally excluding over half the rental pool.

@Giani Brussich one aspect that may (literally) be a pipe dream...is the moratorium on new gas lines being installed by Con-Ed these days.

Literally EVERYTHING we do now STARTS with our own thought of what we want to do, THEN we went to google and looked it up to find WHO we were going to talk to on it.

(a) completely ignores the housing crisis and does nothing but pour BBQ sauce on themselves for the impending roasting they will get come election time (b) all of a sudden gains about a bajillion IQ points, starts doing all kinds of smart things, everything get's way better and it's a new middle class rally of prosperity (c) says "omg, we gotta do something" and runs to the "MOOOoo MONEY" button and starts hitting that thing like nobodys business, pumping out cash to fund whatever "solution" of the dilemma of the day.It's literally how things work now, they just throw $ at it, that's how things are done.   

This is literally asked monthly if not weekly.
