What part of the Bay Area?

I doubt they are selling properties here in Oregon or SEattle or SF bay area.. even though they could offer those services but those services they offer are probably not needed as the Real estate community handles it just fine..

I gave up on the CA market (bay area) because I had limited (by bay area standards) down and it just didn't make sense.

I just recently remodeled one of my units with the Hampton Bay in stock cabinets from Home Depot with great success!

Self employed, looking for stated income lending opportunities to put $$ down on multfamily property in SoCal (specifically South Bay, for now) area.  

Many younger out of staters live on the westside and the south bay beach communuties these days.
