Just Closed! 90% LTV + 100% Rehab in Vallejo, CA

I am very happy for my client and fellow BPer @Elaine Bonini of E2 Property Ventures LLC, who along with her partner just bought an amazing property in Vallejo, CA near the Bay Area of San Francisco, CA. We were able to approve her up to 90% of the purchase price while also providing her 100% of the rehab funds. She opted for a lower LTV option in order to get better pricing.

This is Elaine's first deal ever and it looks like it is going to be a great one for her and her company. I am proud of all the hard work and tenacity they put in to finding the right deal. I wish them the best in their rehab endeavors and I hope to provide an update on their successful resale in the next few months.
