I'd like to think things will end up being better - less maintenance fees and less vacancy, but I'm trying to consider a reasonable worst case baring something like sewer problems.The town has a medical school, and students have a hard time finding places to rent - there's a crappy set of apartments near the school that rents a tiny 3BR for $800.  

When I use yellow letters, I like to be extremely personable and have each letter reference the last one I sent.

As it stands now, selling them myself has been extremely straight forward.

It seems that it is extremely important to know the areas on a block-by-block basis.

Any help you guys can provide would be extremely helpful in my pursue to my first flip!

The commute would be pretty extreme and would be tough with my family situation. 

@Bill F. yea, she has continued being extremely evasive and rude.

He doesn't do fill in the blank reports like most inspectors, and he is extremely detailed and is able to break an issue down to terms anyone can understand.
