You need to take a look at where they presently live and how it is maintained, if they do or do not have pets, how well they maintain their personal vehicle, confirm drivers licence info matches their application form.

They take their chances because they know many other drivers are also speeding and there's only one patrolman for every x-miles stretch of road, so they cross their fingers they won't get caught, and if they do, they'll say "I didn't know" and hope the fine is less value lost than all the time they have saved over the years getting to their destination faster.

The architect has no right to call the building department and state he is no longer the architect on record while on the 1 yard line because he was mad at me for stating a structural engineer isn't require (which I still don't think it is but I digress).

When I’m giving a tour, I love that I can scan their driver’s license and it pulls all of their information for application completing purposes and I just add their phone number and email.

I'm no expert, but the the way I look at it now is that I'm gaining experience to complement all the knowledge I've gained over the past several months, earning a little extra passive income on the side, meeting people, and getting comfortable with being in the driver's seat so that I can see the opportunities ahead that will allow me to leverage my wife and I beyond the entry stage.
