Will some members that have rentals share what vetting service they use when vetting potential renters?  Possibly share an application and rental contract?

I use Cozy.co, and have been very pleased with them.

Also, do yourself a favor and check the Facebook/social media accounts for any potential tenants. It's amazing what you'll find on there sometimes....
