Hello everybody, I am looking to purchase a property with a section 8 tenant, and the rent is way below market at about $800 for a 3 bed house, while an average rental is about $1300 to $1400.

If I do make the purchase for a house now, can I sell it in the near future or am I stuck with it?

From what I understand you don’t get to do a thorough inspection of the house before auction.

Looking at a unique property which is a 4 bed / 2.5 ba main house, with what is essentially a 5 room motel semi-connected to the main house via a breezeway.  

The house we are considering is a new build 3bd/2.5ba in Lochbuie/Brighton Colorado which is a growing area with decent rent growth 4.8% MoM currently we think we could get $3,600/mo. if we finish the basement ourselves idk $30K?

On it currently, sits a 4 bd/4bath house (1900 sq ft) that we built in 2018-19.

I like 3/2 brick or block houses (so I don’t have to paint) and are in the sunbelt (Specifically TX and FL markets with growing populations over 100k) because I don’t want pipes freezing, since we started investing while we were overseas.  

I would tell her keeping the cleanliness of the house is imperative, but let them know I value them.

My husband and I would like to buy a 3-4 bedroom house single level in either Kissimmee or Davenport area between 400-550K with 15-20%down.

I live in the Portland metro area and I am looking at investing into a multifamily, or singlefamily home I can house hack and eventually turn into a rental.
