So I'm looking to get started in real estate investing and I came across this group.i was wondering if anyone knew anything bout them and what they had to say.Seemed to me that no one who was involved with this group was really willing to let me be a part of anything until I paid for the expensive program they were offering.

As part of the renovation, all of these were remedied however the violations were not cleared as I suspect the renos were done without the full permitting.The purchase agreement had a requirement to clear the violations prior to sale but the Seller and I agreed a fairly substantial seller credit to clear the violations as it was recognized there were risks around the renovation work and potential non compliance with permits that I may have to remedy.

I have many years of managing rentals.

I would keep the MFH I purchase and manage OOS. 

Hi everyone I am a newbie house hack and I am getting all the numbers together to see if we can make this current house work for us.We bought this house overpriced two years ago when we moved from AZ. during the height of COVID.

I disagreed based on my personal journeyI didn't have the money to invest in real estate, like buying a rental or even doing a fix and flip, my credit was horrible, and I could only saved $125 a monthSo I started wholesaling, and I was able to create a bunch of cash in 12 months and become great at finding deals.Then, I decided to start doing fix and flips, then rentals later on.I didn't come into the business to make quick cash.

Downstairs tenant just moved in and is signed on a one year lease and has extended family in 3 or 4 of the surrounding houses so I believe they would also be a longer term tenant.

Bonus points if it also is great for maintenance requests and managing current tenant communications.

I know Dean and I am sure his course offers some insightful information regarding buying real estate notes.
