Do some shopping locally and don't get into a hurry or excited and jump onto the first offer.

The intention is for downtown Newark to have a thriving living/shopping/nightlife/transportation hub.

Did you shop around to Embassy or QNB?

If you're "bankable", and looking for just one loan in the next couple years, anyone can do it, you're just shopping price and convenience.

If you are looking for a professional to recommend areas and point out values, recommend lenders, bring up a new shopping center in the area or new manufacturing plant coming in then just keep mental track of how much you are working them vs what they are making off of your deals.
