I started investing in distressed multifamily in 2004 . I had purchased,fixed and flipped ten small apartment buildings as of 2020: duplexes,triplexes,quadruplexes and sixes. Actually, I am looking to purchase more small apartment buildings from 10 to 50 units, to add to my retirement portfolio.
