My husband was over at that property trimming the limbs off one of the trees. 

Can I buy the property and get the same tax benefits even though the trees are now old?

I said "no" but added a fee for tree based 1800s style payments.

I bought 700 acre tree farm in Oregon in 1999 for 1.7 million...

LOL - I think it's more likely that someone was jumping on the roof (there is no attic in this area), or a limb fell on it when the neighbor was trimming the trees. 

But how should I deal with this tree situation?

We just bought 2 Keurig machines and a few pods, but I wanted to ask what others provide as far as coffee, tea, condiments, etc.

To add to that, if there is a function within your business that isn't your cup of tea, you could train someone else how you sniff test tenants and get them to do it the whole process instead (they might teach you something you didn't know). 

Another project had a detached garage taking up 50x40’ and we got permission from neighbor to tear down the fence, we use their driveway to gain access, and we replace the fence with new plants and trees and even offered to put in sprinklers to their system for their side.
