Southbridge has its problems just like any other mill town but people will always need affordable housing and the Town offers excellent services.  

Also depending on your pre-approval, that might be higher than what you can realistically afford so if you haven't I would suggest working out all of the payments.  

The MassHousing loan is much better than FHA  if you qualify and can afford it.
